Studies show that mobile traffic on hotel websites is exploding and can represent already close to 25% of total traffic. Hence, hotels are embracing hotel mobile websites as a way to help consumers conclude the tasks they want to perform: get directions, call the hotel, book a room.

But increasingly consumers are also looking to enhance their stay while in-destination. And where people used to rely on house phone and the concierge to take care of extra services, consumers rely increasingly on their own mobile devices to get those tasks concluded.

Hence, we improved our mobile solution to now include the ability to “book a table” and “book a spa treatment” from mobile devices, so that full-service properties can better service their guests using their hotel mobile website.
