We are very excited to share with you a brand new performance report – GuestCentric Heartbeat – and thrilled with the positive feedback we have received from our clients so far.
Every month you will receive an email update with an overview of your perfomance with a relevant information on your revenue, including revenue overview, last month pick-up nights, channel distribution, to name a few.
By default, all roles within your application will receive this email.
If you wish to limit the recipients of the report only to specific users, you can do so by following these 3 steps: go to your setup page > click on edit reservations > untick the “Receives Heartbeat monthly report”.
