GuestCentric customers rated its booking engine 4.8 out of 5 in ease-of-use

GuestCentric, the leading provider of digital marketing software for hotels, had its booking engine recognized as top 3 finalist in the 2018 HotelTechAwards, based on data from thousands of hoteliers in more than 40 countries around the world. In this competition, run by Hotel Tech Report, GuestCentric’s services as a digital agency also received accolades, making it to the top 5 in the category.

Hotel Tech Report co-founder Jordan Hollander greeted GuestCentric’s commitment to independent hotels and boutique brands digital marketing: “Hoteliers recognition of GuestCentric’s contribution to their bottom line is only natural, given that the company has been working for more than a decade to help independent hotels promote their brands and attract customers to book direct”.

Pedro Colaco, GuestCentric’s CEO, added: “This distinction holds near and dear to our hearts because it comes directly from our customers. We are delighted in their delight, and you can be sure that we’ll be doubling down on our efforts to level the playing field for independent hotels and boutique brands in the highly competitive hospitality marketplace”.

The HotelTechAwards is a competition to identify the top rated hotel technologies in the eyes of the judges that matter most – hoteliers. The annual awards are produced by Hotel Tech Report, a ratings and reviews platform for hotel technology that aims to empower hoteliers to find the best tech by comparing vendors based on verified customer reviews. GuestCentric customers rated its booking engine a whopping 11% above the category average, and 4.8 out of 5 in ease-of-use, a testament to customers’ satisfaction.

One such customer reviews and testimonials was offered by Mark Kassouf, owner of the Quiet Creek Inn of Idyllwild, California: “We saw an amazing increase of direct bookings through our new brand website. Better still was the increased performance of direct bookings through our new GuestCentric booking engine, which is now three times those of all OTAs combined.”
