Kolpin Hotels and GuestCentric Strengthen Partnership Following Strong Direct Growth Across the Portfolio

The collaboration was established to support Kolpin’s long-term commercial strategy: increasing direct share, reducing reliance on online travel agencies, and building stronger control over revenue performance across the group’s independent hotels.
All Kolpin properties have recorded significant direct growth over a 12-month period of working with GuestCentric’s Lab service – designed to help independent hotels optimize their online commercial performance. In selected cases, and most notably outside of Copenhagen, direct share has nearly tripled. At the same time, booking engine conversion performance has strengthened and revenue predictability has improved.
For Kolpin Hotels, the partnership represents a structural shift in how the direct channel is managed.

Since the partnership began in February 2025, GuestCentric continues to work closely with Kolpin Hotels to align brand presentation, the guests’ online experience, and direct bookings across the portfolio. The collaboration combines technology, advisory, and continuous performance analysis within one coordinated framework.
