Guestcentric, a market innovator in hotel HyperCommerce solutions, has partnered with Lux Hotels, a prestigious Portuguese group with five properties in Fátima, Lisbon, and Sines, with some upcoming projects on the horizon. Lux Hotels chose Guestcentric for its expertise in providing digital solutions that help independent brands manage their online business and increase direct revenue by reducing dependence on intermediaries.

Guestcentric has already implemented its award-winning and fully integrated web and booking engine solution at two Lux Hotels properties: Lisboa Carmo Hotel and Lux Lisboa Park. These hotels also benefit from Guestcentric’s HyperCommerce solution, which consolidates all online marketing and sales tools into a single interface. This enables quick adaptation to guest needs, control over revenue management and online distribution, and personalized guest offers. The rollout will extend to Lux Hotels’ remaining six properties in the coming months.
