When managing an array of reservation channels, OTA bookings can sometimes slip through the cracks and not configure with your database. With Reservation Re-import, you can now reclaim reservations from Booking.com and Expedia which have not reflected on your Reservation Manager.

For example, imagine you are reviewing your booking extranet and detect reservations that have not been imported. Instead of contacting the support team to resolve the issue, you can simply click ́Re-import ́ and select lost reservations by their allocated channel codes.

This will save you from any un-welcomed surprises down the line, and also give you access to crucial details about your guest and their length of stay so you can better manage your room inventory and also customize guest experiences.
