The highlight of the day was GuestCentric’s participation in the Hotel Technology Forum, Pedro Colaco spoke about how Web 2.0 technologies are creating the ultimate booking experience for hotel customers and how next-generation booking engine features like interactive deal shopping and one-click-checkout can improve conversion ratios and customer satisfaction.
Overall, it was a successful and fun trip!
