Vila Foz adopts GuestCentric’s new Direct Booking solutions

Since opening its doors in 2019, Vila Foz Hotel & Spa has redefined luxury hospitality in Porto. Recognizing the growing demand beyond the city center, the hotel was established in the upscale district of Foz to showcase a different side of the city—one that blends the authenticity of the destination with a tranquil Atlantic coastline setting. From the beginning, Vila Foz Hotel & Spa partnered with GuestCentric to power its digital strategy, ensuring a strong online brand presence and direct booking strategy from day one.

As Porto became a leading European destination, the hotel saw an opportunity to introduce travelers to the lesser-known but equally captivating area of Foz. In 2025, Vila Foz Hotel & Spa took over the management of a new property in the city centre, ‘Maison Bleue by Vila Foz’. In this next stage of growth, Vila Foz Hotel & Spa is piloting GuestCentric’s new Internet Booking Engine (IBE) and launching a website revamp, to showcase its brand and unique offerings to guests in a more interactive way. This refresh will not only continue to enhance the guest experience but also adapts to evolving consumer expectations.
