We’ve Integrated with Nor1 – Giving You Another Way to Sell Upgrades to Guests1 min read
We’re delighted to announce that Guestcentric has partnered with Nor1, an Oracle Company. This integration in our Hotel CRS gives Hoteliers another way to sell upgrades to their guests.
How does it Work?
- The initial setup needs to be done by Nor1 before the integration can be activated on Guestcentric’s Hotel CRS. You will need to select the rooms you want to map to the Nor1 upgrade. As a user, you will then receive a company code from Nor1 to use in the authorization process.
- Go to the Social Marketing Accounts Page on the Guestcentric CRS. You will see ‘Nor1’ in the ‘Social Media’ list on the page. Click the link on the right-hand side that says ‘Click to Access Nor1’. Enter your company code and save the page.
Once this is done, the Nor1 interface will be visible on the reservation confirmation page on your hotel booking engine.
When guests book your rooms that have been mapped with Nor1, they will see a label titled, ‘Show my Custom Upgrade’ on the bottom right corner of the booking engine page. Once they click on the button, guests will be directed to a page with your upgrades.
