With our new Payment Method Customization feature, you can now customize your payment methods in synchronization with the specific cancellation policies your hotel has. When a deposit is required, the booking engine will display only the specific payment methods you have set to the specific offer’s cancellation policy.

You will be able to adjust these payments by editing the cancellation at any time from your Central Reservation System.

With this feature, you alone have the power and flexibility to set the terms on how a guest will pay for their stay. For example, you can synchronize a non-refundable rate with a payment gateway that instantly charges the guest’s card upon booking, or you could set up a more lenient payment method that allows guests to pay at the hotel. The power is in your hands.
