Now, when visitors search for a page that doesn’t exist on your website, instead of the default 404 page, you can redirect them to a page with a customized 404 message or to any other page on your hotel’s website.
By doing so, even if visitors do not find what they seek, they will continue to navigate within the website of your hotel, with quick access to all your hotel information, namely the menu and the booking engine, without harming the SEO.
This feature only works for hotels’ websites. In portals and multi-properties, the 404 pages will always redirect the visitors to the homepage.
