GuestCentric just made available the new Log Analysis Tool. This powerful new feature allows hoteliers to easily troubleshoot any reservations issues on all their channels. By providing all types of information and filters it becomes very simple to spot any change made to price, availability, open/close dates on any given time period. As it happens in many other data related areas, the results can be exported to excel for extra analysis.
