Save time with the new PMS reservations delivery status indicator

With the new column “Sent to PMS”, a new addition to the reservation grid, you can now see if a reservation was sent to the PMS with success or not, and re-send it if necessary. 

You will be able to see 4 different statuses of delivery:

  • Success: the reservation has been successfully delivered to the PMS;
  • Pending: after you send the reservation, there is 24 hours waiting period for the PMS to collect the reservation;
  • Warning:  the 24 hours have passed and the PMS did not collect the reservation;
  • Failure: the PMS had an issue while collecting the reservation.

When you open to see reservation details, on the “Booking details” section it will display the PMS status and delivery information. 

There is a new “Re-send to PMS” button that allows you to easily re-send the reservation to the PMS in case of any issue. This button is located in the reservation details and on “Reservations – All” tab.
