GuestCentric has revolutionized the way hoteliers analyze their marketing campaigns. Previously, hoteliers could only check the analytics regarding Ad tracking on google but we wanted to go even further! For the first time, we have enabled tags on GuestCentric’s marketing campaigns that track all reservations on the booking engine, coming from ads. Now, with this new feature, hoteliers can track how many users have clicked on the marketing campaigns present in all the different external channels, from TripAdvisor to Expedia, and decided to make a reservation on GuestCentric’s booking engine.

This allows managers to test the effectiveness of their campaigns by thoroughly analyzing how much of your investment has been converted into reservations.
